Participants are assigned tasks intentionally that will require them to utilize their problem solving and teamwork skills.  Participants are encouraged to solicit assistance from their co-workers to figure out how to complete a task.  They utilize these skills in activities such as:

 

• Transport heavy objects on uneven terrain

• Transfer over-sized items to various locations on the property
